If they didn't design it right, it could cost a bundle and take a lot of time to implement. And I mean implement in a fashion that:
- doesn't cause the officer in a traffic stop to become apprehensive
- the cause becomes immediately be visible to those conducting security checks on individuals
Take it from one who knows: even if they do implement this seemingly insignificant modification, there will be problems, mis-communications, foul-ups.
