# 1 the Law will NOT change on carrying concealed weapon so we need to MEET SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE with Sherrif Hutchens to allow responsible citizens with good cause to have the ability to protect themselves and there families.
#2 We are NOT people who want to run around the streets and kill each other(well, at least most of us)
#3 for those of us who deserve them, CCW permits should be allowed, and encouraged.
I respect all of the comments since I have started this thread. and will read your recommended book x-ffdo.

Yes, California has laws which prohibit carrying a concealed weapons; so do all of the "shall issue" states. CCW Permits grant exceptions to those laws. Back in the day, Good Cause may have been what California needed but today, "Good Cause", in large metro counties is abused, not by the licensed CCW holders but by the Sheriffs themselves.
The 2nd guy to speak at the BOS meeting, (Mr. Michelle?) shredded the Sheriff's entire rational for these revocations
There can be no
meeting in the middle on this. Meeting in the middle means CCWs w/restrictions. Meeting in the middle means giving up rights you once had. Meeting in the middle is like saying you can carry your gun but you can't have any bullets. Meeting in the middle is like [the Democrats] saying the Fannie Mae & Freddy Mac debacle's are both parties fault.
No! No meeting in the middle. Complete restoration to the way it was before
she was appointed to the office.
