I have the IWB holster for the officer/Ultra Carry model with the metal clips. Is that the one that you are referring to? Mine is black leather and it sits in my holster box. The main reason is if you look at the bottom edges/corners, it is squarish with rounded corners. Its okay for about an hour then the rounded corners start to dig into your body. I'll give you mine for free. Go with what AMSMike suggests or go OWB.
